“Paktum” project

The aim of the project was to reduce the unemployment rate and increase the employment level in Zalaegerszeg. Furthermore, we wanted to support and develop the partnership between the local government, employers, and training institutions. Finally, the expected result was that we could coordinate the supply and demand in the labor market.

Target groups:

• People with a low level of education (maximum primary education)
• Young people under the age of 25 or jobseekers under the age of 30
• Over 50 years of age
• Returnees from GYED (childcare allowance), GYES (childcare allowance), GYET (childcare allowance), nursing allowance (who have received or currently receiving one of the above benefits during the 12 months before joining the program), or adults raising a child alone
• Recipients of employment replacement aid
• People at risk of long-term unemployment (periods of unemployment and participation in public employment may be included in the period spent in unemployment)
• Persons with altered working capacity
• Persons belonging to the Roma nationality
• People who can be traced back to the open labor market from public employment
• Inactive people (People, who did not seek employment before enrollment in the program, not registered jobseekers)
