Downtown Condominium
The aim of the “Downtown Condominium Project” was to create a building that fully meets the expectations of future users and fits into the environment of the city.
The project can be considered part of the already completed “Sütő utca condominium project”, in a similar implementation.
The building was made with a masonry process with special thermal insulation properties and a 3-staircase solution.
Within the framework of the project, was established a customer service office of the companies, which are owned by the Municipality of Zalaegerszeg.
The goal of the city was, that the inhabitants could manage the public service related topics in one place.
The construction began in January 2014 and it was completed in April 2015.
